On 20th April 2026, Jayalaxmi Patil conducted an awareness programme on POSH and Gender Equality for the for Short Term Apprentices at BEL’s Centre of Learning & Development. 106 trainees participated in it.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 20 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2026ರಂದು, ಬಿಇಎಲ್ ನ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಆಫ್ ಲರ್ನಿಂಗ್ & ಡೆವಲಪ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಟ್ರೇನಿಗಳಿಗೆ POSH ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗ ಸಮಾನತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು, ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು. 106 ಜನ ಟ್ರೈನೀಸ್ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
